Mr. Veerathai Santiprabhob, Governor of the Bank of Thailand (BOT), and Mr. Sonexay Sitphaxay, Acting Governor of Bank of the Lao PDR (BOL) together with high-level delegations from both sides participated in the Bilateral Meeting between the two institutions on 2 November 2018 in Pakse, Champasak Province, Lao PDR. The biennial bilateral meetings aim at strengthening cooperation and deepening relationships between the two central banks, which have helped further enhance financial cooperation and promote the sustainable economic growth of Lao PDR and Thailand going forward.
